Gery Messer is NGA's President for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa . Messer spearheads NGA's growth in the region and has responsibility for all aspects of the company’s APMEA operations including sales, marketing, R&D and customer service. Messer has a wealth of high-tech and consulting expertise and business leadership skills and he has spent the last 25 years working in a number of key leadership roles building and directing businesses for global companies across Europe and Asia Pacific including Red Hat, EMC, Deloitte, SAP and IBM.
Prior to joining NGA, Messer was in charge of Red Hat’s operations in Asia Pacific and growing Red Hat’s presence in the region. Before that, Gery was a Vice President for EMC Asia Pacific. Between 1996 and 2002, Gery served as the President and Regional Managing Director of Deloitte Consulting Korea and before that as Managing Partner of South East Asia and the Technology Practice (ERP) in the region. Gery moved to Asia in 1993, when he was at SAP launching and building SAP's client/server software business within the Asia Pacific region. He also successfully founded and launched the SAP operation in Korea. He began his IT career in Switzerland working at IBM in sales and marketing.
Gery holds an MBA (lic. rer. pol) from the University of Berne in Switzerland where he majored in Science of Industrial Management. Gery is based at NGA's APMEA headquarters in Singapore, and has been working in the region for 18 years.

As a highly sought management consultant and keynote speaker, Sidney has garnered critical market and analyst acclaim specializing in outsourcing, customer management, process management and organizational & HR development.
Previously, Sidney was Head of Consulting for Asia Pacific at Convergys Corporation. Prior, he served as a founding director to Andersen‘s Change Management practice for Greater China. In his combined Andersen and Convergys experience, Sidney has worked with the majority of major corporations in Asia. Prior to his consulting career, Sidney was Executive Vice President at Systek Technology, Director of Customer service at American Express and Training manager at BAT & The Swire Group.
Sidney is on the editorial Board of the International Journal of Customer Management UK and he also served as Chairman of Institute of Personnel & Development.
Sidney serves as an outsourcing advisor to the Chinese Government. He serves on the Board of the HK Academy of Gifted Education and Shanghai University. He chairs The Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL), International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and China Windmill Foundation – a registered charitable organization.
